San Telmo Museum by Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos. Nieto & Sobejano worked along side artists Leopoldo Ferran and Agustina Otero who created a semi-plant wall covering the building with perforated steel sheets. Moss is expected to grow on the perforated steel skin that engulfs the museum exterior. :)
